Before I head out to the Monastery (:D 
), I’d like to direct your attention to the 94th Catholic Carnival, over at Luminous Miseries. This is the first time that I’ve submitted a post to the C.C.
I doubt I’ll be posting while at the Monastery. I’ll have my laptop for homework related things, but that’s about it. I should be back some time on Sunday. And there is no snow in my town – hopefully it stays that way to where I’m going and when I come back.
Also, yes I am a girl going to a monastery of monks as a guest. The reason for this Monastery is that this is the Monastery in which I am a Benedictine Oblate Candidate through. This will also help me discern more about the Oblates.
Yes, I am sure they will have turkey tomorrow for Thanksgiving.
So far, those are the two questions I’ve been asked when I’ve told people (few and far between) that I’m going to a monastery.
