Greg and I decided that my mom’s Montomgery Ward’s sewing machine is fixable, but not at the moment. We also decided that we would get an upgrade for it, so that way we can at least finish our sewing projects – my skirt, his pants, and a second skirt of heavier material. Any scrap [...] Ahhh, so life begins again. The wedding was a nice oasis in the middle of my semester, but since returning both Greg and I have been busy with homework. Thanks be to God, Greg got a 92% on his social ethics of computing exam – which he took the day after we got back [...] The wedding was beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. We should have the pictures tonight, so I can begin to picspam soon. However, I snapped a picture of our rings this morning when we were having breakfast at the hotel. Anyways, I’m going to do some homework before going to collect the pictures (we had my [...] The wedding is only 4 days away, and I think I am going to begin the obvious Wedding Hiatus now. Everything is all said and done – I emailed the Order of Worship to the Liturgical Coordinator yesterday as well as some intercessions we would like included during the general intercessions. He replied that [...] I woke up yesterday morning around 5am (according to my cell phone) to see a blinking “12:45″ on my digital alarm clock. Then it stopped flashing. Pitch black, absolutely silent. I grabbed the “nightstick”, which in reality is a huge, heavy flashlight and checked outside. SNOW! Apparently snow downed some trees and knocked the [...] I find it highly appropriate that our wedding will take place when the seasons are changing. Over here in Montana, the first snowfall (that doesn’t melt on contact with the pavement) has yet to arrive. We’ve already had our first frost. The last archaeological digs for the season are done, our Homecoming is this [...] Tonight was the second Catholic Scripture Study meeting. We discussed Matthew 1:1-25, and it was amazing. Some questions in the study guide were simple, others were absolutely thought-provoking. Everyone is so in love with Jesus Christ, and they are not afraid to show it (men and women alike).
