FOR TODAY Monday, November 24th, 2008… Outside my window… It’s pitch black out and 36*F. I’m hoping it snows here sooner or later, but am not really counting on it. I am thinking… how ridiculously tired I am. The days of Elise’s mega-naps have been replaced by half-hour snoozes. :/ I [...] I am so tired, it’s not even funny. I know I should expect some degree of sleep deprivation and exhaustion from having Elise, but we’re talking beyond that. There are lots of things I want to write about – finishing up my conversion story, writing about the Benedictine Oblates, about the Feast of Christ [...] If you have a gentle stomach, I wouldn’t be reading this post. So, Greg’s hands are well … who know what’s wrong with them. The doctor at the Urgent Care said it was eczema that wasn’t “that bad” but gave him a prescription for the strongest steroid creme he could get. Long-time readers/people with good memories may remember that this is the day in which we lost our first baby, our Honeymoon Baby. FOR TODAY Monday, November 17th, 2008… Outside my window… It’s overcast and grey. I’ll be surprised if it gets up to 63*F, as forecasted. Oh, well. I am thinking… about Greg. He’s at the Urgent Care clinic because of [...] The early part of the week was kind of rough. The latter part of the week, not so much. Greg and I have really been able to stick to our prayer routine and have successfully managed to include Morning Prayer. The flowers in the flower bed hang their heads as they wait for the snow to fly.
