Had a bit of am emotional morning this morning, so I decided to pick Greg up from work at noon and go to Mass with him and Elise. Today is the Feast of the Annunciation, which is ROCKING AWESOME. The Communion meditation was of course, Our Lady’s response to Archangel Gabriel’s announcement: “Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord. May it be done to me according to your word.”
While waiting to go up and receive, I reflected on the meditation and asked Our Lord to be with me, and to help me in some areas where I’m struggling. To be apart of me just as He was apart of the Blessed Virgin. He simply replied, “When you do My will, then I am with you.”
