Break out the liturgical dancing, I finally finished my conversion story! I started it here, which if you notice was the day before I went into labor with Elise. You can tell that I was in the post-labor fog for the second installment, here, because the title isn’t all the way finished. [...] I’ve had this rolling around in my head for a couple days now. Let’s look at what Lent isn’t: – a time to renew those pesky New Year Resolutions – a time to take on incredibly severe penances – a time to be depressed and gnash the teeth (but it’s not PAR-TAY time, [...] … and I have totally blown my Lenten disciplines. One may suggest that perhaps that what I’ve picked is too “much” for me, perhaps overloading my life. I disagree. I know exactly what the problem is – poor time management and a general distraction by things in general. Blargh. It’s frustrating, but I [...] ….and maybe slightly wiser? I don’t have a clue. Although I officially won’t be 27 until 3:19p (so, about an hour and a half), I’ve had a good day thus far. Greg and I went to Mass and had breakfast out with Elise.
