Small Successes for 1/28

1.
I realized I was getting sucked into Unneeded Drama and therefore was able to back out before things got really dramatic and wanky. Hurrah!
2.
Greg’s paycheck that just came in and his next one are budgeted out and the student loan payments are already mailed off. Little One’s Birth Fund is growing by leaps and bounds thanks to the budget, which is awesome.
3.
Despite today being one of those “let’s see how the morning sickness is!” days (still present), I have a load of washed laundry in the dryer. I think it will probably take me all day to fold it, but at least it’s (slowly) getting taken care of. I should be getting more Zofran this evening. Thanks, Little One!

Wow it seems everyone is on a roll with laundry this week, I guess I have no excuse!

Thank goodness for Zofran! What would we do without it? :p

You and all the moms who struggle w/morning sickness the ENTIRE pregnancy are truly an inspiration to me. Not kidding. I am a huge baby about physical suffering. God bless you for your witness to the joy of bringing new life into the world!

Good on #1. I blogged a bit on this too. I tried to stay away from some of the drama in my life this week, and it was hard. I still got stuck in it, so it was a lesson for the next time. Your example helps me!
Blessings!

@ Katherine – thank you!
@ Young Mom – do what you can, hee hee! Don’t beat yourself up as long as everyone has clothes to wear.
@ Belle – I’m finding out what I have to do without it – see today’s 7 Quick Takes post. *cries*
@ Anne – I’m also a huge wimp about physical suffering. I’m hoping the Good Lord has cleared our Purgatory by now with my feeble attempts at offering it up. Or at least there’s a giant baby boom in about 9 months.
@ Violin Mama – off to read what you wrote about it. I got sucked in a little bit last night – the only difference between Last Night’s Drama was that it affected me personally, whereas the Drama I was able to not get sucked into didn’t. Interesting.
