Since my OB has given me the green light of “if you go into labor from here on out, we won’t stop it”; I decided to get the carseat and snuggle nest washed and basically do the last little things that need to be done. While bringing them out of storage, I found this:
Apparently my mom bought this for me when I was a little girl (most likely a bribery tool) and put it in her closet … and forgot about it. She found it about a year or so ago, and gave it to me. And it continued it’s path of being put into a closet and forgotten about. Until today. I have it sitting on my desk and I have absolutely no idea what to do with it. Initially I thought to just give it to Elise, but she has a metric ton of toys already (and yes, even My Little Ponies).
Thoughts? Ideas?
I find it amusing that in 1990, this Pony cost $4.99 at Target, but my mom; ever the bargain lady, waited for it to go to clearance to buy it for me. For $2. You go, Mom.

I think if you were a child of the 80′s on some form, you had a MLP and probably loved the hair off of it.
I did look on Ebay, and the Pony itself sans packaging is on for $15-$20. I may run it as an auction or head to a MLP collector’s site and see if anyone there wants it.
I loved those things!!!! Maybe check eBay- it could be worth something NIP.
Sell it on ebay!!!
