Mike asked on my last post which books I picked up from the library.
For me
- Your Two Year Old: Terrible or Tender by Louise Bates Ames
- The Everything Homeschooling Book by Sherri Linsenbach
- 2001: A Space Odyssey by Arthur C. Clarke
For the kids
- Panda Bear, Panda Bear, What Do You See? by Bill Martin Jr. and Eric Carle
- I Love You, Good Night by Jon Buller, Susan Schade, and Bernadette Pons
- Guess How Much I Love You by Sam McBratney and Anita Jeram
I also discovered the beauty of used books on Amazon and had a very good Swagbucks month (thus far) so I was able to order the following books for under $20 (and free with my Amazon gift cards):
For me
- You’re a Better Parent Than You Think by Dr. Ray Guarendi (love the man)
- A Christian Woman’s Guide to Hospitality by Quinn Sherrer and Laura Watson
For the kids
- There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly by Pam Adams
- Hug by Jez Alborough
- From Head to Toe by Eric Carle
My Amazon order should be arriving today, which tickles me greatly.
And for added fun, I’ve borrowed from Maria:
- Real Learning by Elizabeth Foss
- Little Saints Preschool Curriculum by Cynthia Blum
- A Year With God: Celebrating the Liturgical Year (Catholic Heritage)
I think I’m set on books for a while, no?
