And more run around

I’m glad I didn’t get my hopes up too high about maybe getting Greg’s appointment scheduled today, because nothing has happened on that front. At least, if you don’t count talking to endless voicemails and the few people who we do talk to that have a pulse immediately try and pass the buck to someone else.

It’s been almost 2 weeks now and we’ve been strung along from person to person to person with no one wanting to take responsibility or even remotely want to stop and think for a moment. Currently, we’re being punished because of a mistake we didn’t make – we’re being forced to wait because what The Neurosurgeon needs from Greg’s MRA went to a different part of the hospital. Why it hasn’t made it to The Neurosurgeon’s office is beyond us (it’s been at the hospital for almost a week now), but it’s really frustrating us.

I am running out of options of what to do. No one will let us talk to The Neurosurgeon directly. Heck, no one will really talk to us – any numbers we get go to voice mails, and those aren’t returned. There is an option of getting the State involved; but that will take a while and in the end, probably do nothing.

I am at a loss.

I’m so sorry for all the difficulties you keep running into. The rudeness of people is crazy. Praying for you guys, hope you’ll find someone helpful soon!

I am sorry for the run around. I would be frustrated too and annoyed — and the people involved who are causing the problems are supposed to the experts.
