1. Re-configure the desk arrangement so I can have access to my sun lamp – Autumn is right around the corner and I tend to get hit with depression given the lack of light. I’d like to nip that in the bud.
2. Slowly catch-up (again) on laundry, chores, and so on that lapsed during our last trip to The Neurosurgeon (and prepare for the next trip, which is one week from tomorrow).
3. Re-adjust the Autumn Cleaning List to allow for said trip next week (and then the angiograms the week after that!).
4. Prepare wardrobe swap-out for me, Greg, and the kids; and take note of anything needed for the cooler weather – like footed sleepers for Benedict.
5. Write drafts of all the blog posts spinning in my head! Oy!

Thank you, Gae for hosting each week!

Hi Gae,
Thank you so much for your prayers … all of them, I know they are part of the fuel that keeps me from having a gigantic meltdown.
As far as the seasonal depression goes, I’ve probably dealt with it for a while but never knew what it was. When I was in college my physician noticed that during the Fall/Winter was when I was needing anti-depressants more than not. He thought the lack of sunlight triggers me more than most people. I’m still trying to find that perfect balance of time under the sunlamp.
Dear Kim,
I pray the week goes well for you. I know how difficult it is to keeep on top with constant trips out for appointments.
I would lov eto see your blog posts.
i always have more thatn I can spend time on too. I seem to play catch up on these all the time.
Have you always been affected by light like that
Have a great and blessed week
