As far as the seasonal depression goes, I've probably dealt with it for a while but never knew what it was. When I was in college my physician noticed that during the Fall/Winter was when I was needing anti-depressants more than not. He thought the lack of sunlight triggers me more than most people. I'm still trying to find that perfect balance of time under the sunlamp. :) Hi Gae,
